This makes an infinite arg list for creating new stems.

       Object[] myArgs = new Object[]{"a","b",0L};
       CyclicArgClist cal = new CyclicArgList(myArgs);
       cal.next(17);

would return the array

     ["a","b",),"a","b",...]

with 17 elements
